In a lot of ways, it’s the only place that matters!
All roads lead there, everyone’s trying to get there. I ain’t making it up or going overboard in praise. Singing paeans, is it? You wouldn’t say, if you’ve ever been to Khan Market. It’s Delhi’s crown jewel, forever pride of place. You won’t get it, unless you do. A night of revelry spent in those old-but-gold lanes is enough – you’ll fall in love, and then some more.
But what makes Khan Market that special? Surely not the price points – most people can’t afford it, apparently. Ouch. Well... we, the people, who can, certainly do. Live it up there. Every few days. But what makes this much talked about market what it is are those restaurants where culinary magic finds its perfect expression.

In Khan Market, it’s never just food. It’s an experience. You just have to try it to believe it. Served with elan, presented with panache. With a side of cocktail(s), coffee or whatever else is your choice of libation. What’s not to love? The next time you’re craving something, head there and tantalise your taste buds, satisfy your soul. Here’s a list of where you could go there.
Best Restaurants in Delhi’s Khan Market
Klap
One of the best places for inventive cocktails and a creatively curated menu, Klap tends to be the only place one needs to be on most Saturday evenings. But even during the rest of the week, it’s buzzing and how because no one can get enough of it. You’ve got to try it to believe it though. Raise both hands in unison, pronto.

The Grammar Room
What was once a great place for brunch has now become a great place for pretty much every time of the day. That’s a lot to do with their menu that does breakfast items just as well as every other meal and the drinks (both cocktails and otherwise) pack the right amount of punch. Conversations shall flow, and so should you.

Town Hall
It's an oldie, yes, but still, very much a goodie. Few places can match up to its food and drinks and even its vibe which on most nights of the week is the definition of exhilarating. Grab a bottle of wine, order some sushi and let the evening guide you. Or pick something else from the menu – there's so much to love there.

Perch Wine & Coffee Bar
It’s the OG Khan Market place and despite the many other places that’ve propped up since, Perch remains the ‘it’ place to be. Coffee during the day, wine (and cocktails) at night. Always a good plan. Plus, the food, of course. How can anyone not love it. We’re heading there right now – care to join?

The Chatter House
There’s an obvious line about chatting, and we’ll let that pass. Even though, yes, it’s a great place to chat the night away. As it is for a great dinner or evening out. This home-style fare place isn’t just serving great beer but a whole lot more, after all. There’s something cosy and comfortable about it, which is quite a delight amidst all the fanfare surrounding the area.

Andrea’s Bar & Brasserie
As the saying goes, or so it should go, you’ll always find something to eat at Andrea’s. Because it’s international cuisine, there’s truly something for everyone here. And always a lovely drink to go on the side. Everything’s fresh and bright, just like the decor, and it all fits like a glove. That’s not something one can say about a lot of places, right?

Sly Granny
Another one of those ‘there’s something for everyone here’ places – plus it’s a Tapas bar so you know they take both their food and drinks seriously. It’s also got a fun, eclectic decor to boot. You’ll rarely, if ever, find Sly Granny slow or silent. Somehow, everyone’s always there and making merry. Whatever this Granny is whipping up is certainly working well.

Cicchetti Italiano
It’s new, inventive, and absolutely spectacular. Sustainable Italian fare has never felt or tasted better. There aren’t too many places that ‘get’ Italian food right – it’s either inauthentic or too made up. But at Cicchetti Italiano, everything is spot on. One of the newer places at Khan Market, it’s fast becoming the reason why people are lining up there. Join the queue, will you?

Daisy Mae Cantino
Mexican food is fast catching up in popularity in Delhi (like the rest of India), and Daisy Mae Cantino is a great example of how to do the cuisine without making it too serious. Nothing about the place takes itself too seriously, and it’s a great reason why everyone visiting Khan Market should certainly pay the place a visit. Soon if not right away. And have extra servings of their Guacamole – it's fabulous!
