In the second instalment of the English-language remake of the Culpables trilogy, Your Fault: London, the universe seems hellbent on punishing its two leads, Noah (Asha Banks) and Nick (Matthew Broome), for the relationship they refuse to abandon. While the first film focused on the thrill and danger of their forbidden romance, the second chapter is largely about the consequences of trying to maintain a secret relationship while entering entirely new phases of life.

As Nick begins working within his father's business and Noah starts university at Oxford, distance, jealousy, manipulation, and poor communication slowly unravel everything they have built together. The ending leaves the couple separated, with Nick facing legal trouble and their future uncertain heading into the third film. Here’s how it all goes down.

What Is Your Fault: London About?

The sequel follows Nick and Noah as they continue their romantic relationship in secret despite being step-siblings. While they are determined to make things work, their lives begin moving in different directions.

Nick starts working closely with a new business associate named Sophia, while Noah settles into university life and forms a friendship with fellow student Michael. Their inability to openly discuss their insecurities quickly creates tension, which is made even worse by outside interference from Briar, who appears determined to drive a wedge between them. She reveals to Noah that she previously had a relationship with Nick, making her question whether he has been completely honest with her.

Another big obstacle facing the couple is their family situation (duh!). Although they initially manage to keep their romance hidden, Ella eventually realises something is happening between them. Nick later tells William the truth after he and Ella attempt to set him up with Sophia, and William reacts exactly as they feared.

He makes it clear that he cannot allow the relationship to become public, threatening Nick's future career and Noah's university tuition if they continue seeing each other. After all, the scandal of his company's future leader dating his own step-sister would create serious reputational problems. As a result, Nick and Noah are forced back into secrecy, making honest communication even more difficult.

How Does Your Fault: London End?

Briar's manipulation ultimately reaches its peak during the company's anniversary gala. After convincing Nick that Noah has effectively moved on with Michael, she contributes to a chain of events that pushes the couple past the point of recovery. Sophia kisses Nick at the gala at a place where Noah can see the two. This confirms Noah's worst fears, and feeling hurt and betrayed, she leaves with Michael and later sleeps with him.

By this point, Noah believes Nick has chosen someone else. But the following morning, Nick arrives hoping to explain everything. It’s too late now, and Nick, never the one to regulate his emotions, lashes out at Michael and attacks him. This of course, is made worse by Michael pointing out that Nick himself has been responsible for Noah drifting away from him.

And so now Nick is arrested for physical assault, and although he has discovered that Noah and Michael are not actually in a committed relationship, the two lovebirds are as far apart as can be. And although there's no formal break up, this relationship will need a lot to fix itself.

Will they be able to get back together? And what will it cost the two? That’s the story for another movie.
