Yes, The White Lotus is back and season 3 takes us to Thailand.
One of the finest shows to have ever graced our screens, The White Lotus is one of those rare shows where nothing is what it seems and no one is who they first come across to be. It’s murky, twisted and terribly entertaining. Anything can happen here. Literally, anything. Sex, scandal, murder... everything’s on the menu. But should you observe carefully, the show is actually a nuanced take on the inner minds and moralities of humans both rich and poor.

With Season 3, there’s a new cast arriving at a new location of the resort and as expected, each of them is a new kind of twisted. Now that the first episode is out, we have a clearer and murkier picture of all the chaos that’s coming our way in the subsequent episodes.

Greg is back!
Tanya's ex Greg (Jon Gries) now has another female companion!
We’re never getting over the demise of Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge) thanks to the Greg’s friends in Season 2. But brace yourselves because Greg (Jon Gries) is back and this time he’s with another, much younger woman. Belinda (Natasha Rockwell) is here too and she’s quite aware of his past, so it’s certainly going to be interesting to see the two of them come face to face.
Those women definitely aren’t friends!
No matter what anyone says, we're not believing even for a second that Jaclyn Lemon (Michelle Monaghan)and her two girlfriends, Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Laurie (Carrie Coon), actually like each other!
The underlying tension was completely obvious despite the three of them trying their level best to maintain their ‘we’re best friends!’ claim. Jaclyn (Michelle Monaghan), Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Laurie (Carrie Coon) and are here to make new memories, taking a break from their everyday lives. The fact that Jaclyn is a famous TV actor and has paid for the other 2 doesn’t seem to cause any friction (as yet) but Laurie crying in her room alone is enough to suggest otherwise.

Aimee Lou Wood as Chelsea is already one of our favourite characters in The White Lotus Season 3
When Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) is busy drinking and chatting with Greg’s new flame, the two talk about the presence of way too many old, bald men around them. And that’s when are told how to properly address them – LBHs, of course – since they’re using their money to get younger partners in Thailand since they won’t be getting anyone back in their home cities. Iconic, through and through.
In Parker Posey we trust!
Parker Posey's Victoria is sure to get unhinged as the show progresses!
As the jet-lagged, pill-addicted and almost lost Victoria, Posey is incredible. There’s enough to suggest that her character is going to get completely unhinged as the show progresses. The fact that the entire family – her husband and 3 kids – are all equally, well, weird, is suggestive enough of the kind of chaos they’re going to bring to The White Lotus. We can’t wait!
Did the show hint at gay incest?
And the award for the weirdest siblings on TV goes to: Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger), Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook) and Lochlan (Sam Nivola)
Firstly, what was that comment about Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) calling his younger sister, Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook), as hot? But what was even more shocking was him lying in bed butt naked while sharing the room with his younger brother, Lochlan (Sam Nivola). To top it up, when he gets out of bed to masturbate, Lochlan is shown staring at his brother’s body with a strange kind of desire. Weirdest siblings ever!
