Akshay plays Arjun, a guy living in London whose life takes a sharp turn when he inherits an old ancestral palace in a village called Mangalpur after his mother passes away. What looks like a grand family asset quickly turns into a wild, eerie puzzle. As the family starts planning a wedding there, Arjun stumbles upon a terrifying local legend about a demonic spirit named Vadhusur, one that supposedly targets newlywed brides.
