5 Iconic Moments From Grammys 2025 You Shouldn't Miss
Everything that went viral and everything more!

If you peacefully slept through last night Grammys, don’t fault yourself because it did happen way past bedtime for at least half the world. What you must do, however, is ensure you’ve kept abreast with everything from the award ceremony, of course.
It’s your moral duty to know that Charlie XCX is now a Grammy award-winning artist (how’s that for Brat!) and Chappell Roan has also found herself in this elite list of people. Sabrina Carpenter, too. Beyonce won and so did Kendrick Lamar. If you’ve scrolled through enough and more Instagram posts, you’d know who won, performed and showed up dressed to the dime at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards last night.
But have you managed to keep up with some of the most meme-worthy, gooseflesh-inducing, pop-culture breaking moments from the Grammys? That’s what we’re here to take you through.
Here are the top 5 iconic moments from Grammys 2025 that must absolutely know about:
Beyonce had the most epic reaction to finally winning
It’s hard to believe that Queen Bey has never won ‘Album of the Year’ at Grammys, despite being nominated 5 times in the last 15 years. Well, she finally did win and her reaction of absolute shock was just as authentic as that of everyone else who had, perhaps, given up hope of it ever coming true.
Kendrick Lamar was awarded for dissing Drake
The Lamar-Drake feud is truly one for the ages and a gift that keeps on giving pop-culture gifts. Just when you thought it may have ended its streak as a viral sensation, Lamar ended up winning the ‘Song of the Year’ Grammy for Not Like Us, making it one of the most award-winning diss tracks, ever. Drake, where art thou?
The Weeknd came back to the Grammys
Hadn’t he boycotted the awards? That’s what everyone watching the ceremony would’ve been singing as The Weeknd showed up for a surprise performance (though extremely underwhelming, might we add) on stage. He had famously sworn off the awards after getting snubbed in 2021 for After Hours, remember? But then, he does Hurry Up Tomorrow releasing shortly, so all’s forgiven, for now!
Trans-allyship was in full flow
Lady Gaga spoke about it and so did Shakira. After the recent moves against Trans rights in USA, made by President Trump, the stars took it upon themselves to use the platform at Grammys to show support to the LGBTQIA+ community. Not just that, every other minority community also got a well-deserved call out, and it all made for wholesome viewing.
Diana Ross!!!
Completely unannounced, the legendary Diana Ross came out on stage to present the ‘Song of the Year’ award. The about-to-be 81 years old diva was absolutely resplendent in a sparkling outfit and rightfully got a standing ovation from the awestruck crowd.
What a night!
