900 Days Without Anabel
If there’s a harrowing true crime account, Netflix will find a way to make a documentary out of it. This month, the OTT giant has taken on the shocking case of the kidnapping of Anabel Segura in 1993. The case remains indelible in people’s memories as it was the longest kidnapping in the history of Spain at the time, lasting for three years. During the period, 14 phone calls occurred between the negotiator representing the family and the kidnappers.
The documentary gives access to these tapes and the testimonies of the police agents who faced the case.
