Meesaya Murukku 2 (SonyLIV): November 6

Hiphop Tamizha Adhi returns with a musical drama about three generations chasing recognition. He plays Jeeva, a young Gaana singer who wants to take his music beyond his neighbourhood. Ketika Sharma, Chaithra J Achar, Karunas and Nassar co-star. As Jeeva faces hurdles, he begins to understand the sacrifices his father and grandfather made. Dubbed versions are available too.

Nooru Kodi Vaanavil (ZEE5): November 6

After waiting several years, Harish Kalyan and Siddhi Idnani’s romantic drama is skipping theatres for a direct OTT premiere. Directed by Sasi, it also features Kovai Sarala, Thambi Ramaiah and Chinni Jayanth. The story explores romance and the emotional complications of love.

The Third Murder (ManoramaMAX): November 13

Directed by Sunil Ibrahim, this psychological crime drama has Saiju Kurup playing DYSP Christy, who investigates a series of murders with help from a former police officer. Their search leads to a troubled teenager. Indrans, Vinay Forrt, Ananya and Johny Antony also star.

Crazy Kalyanam (Aha): November 13

Directed by Badrappa Gajula, this rom-com has Anupama Parameswaran as Keerthi, a village girl whose search for a marriage alliance sparks a warm, funny family story. Tharun Bhascker, Naresh and Kireeti Damaraju feature.

Ranabaali (Netflix)

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna lead this historical action drama set in 19th-century British India, following a leader who fights colonial oppression. Arnold Vosloo and Easwari Rao co-star.
