Rockstar has finally opened the vault, and fans are already circling it. The Grand Theft Auto 6: The Goodtime State-Vice City Collection is the official GTA 6 Collector's Edition, an 11 kg box stuffed with more than a dozen physical items themed around Vice City and Leonida. GTA 6 pre-orders are live, so the wallet-versus-hype debate starts right about now. Here's the catch, though: heavy as it may be, there is no GTA 6 game inside the box. This GTA 6 box is all merch, and Rockstar knows exactly who it is talking to.
The Collector's Edition costs $399.99 and lands on November 19, 2026, the same day as the base game. GTA 6 pre-orders opened on September 24, and shipping begins on release day.
Rockstar is keeping things tight, with a limit of one per person, and you'll need to be logged into the Rockstar Store to place an order. The large black GTA 6 box weighs roughly 11 kg (24 lbs), so this is no casual shelf accessory.
Now the part that stings a little: the box has no copy of the game, so there's no disc slot to speak of. The entire value rests on what's packed inside.
The edition is sold directly through the official Rockstar Store, not a separate dedicated site like the GTA 6 music album had. It's also expected to turn up at select retailers, mirroring how the physical soundtrack album was distributed.
It currently ships to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the United States. Rockstar's FAQ says Asia, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand will follow later.
