The Kia Sorento teaser image shared by Kia India is of an image of Sorrento, Italy, which is a direct reference to their new car model. The Kia Sorento teaser has confirmed that the India-spec name will also be Sorento. In fact, according to reports, a few Kia dealers have started unofficial bookings for the Kia Sorento, which hint at its Indian launch soon.

India-spec details have not been revealed yet. But the Kia Sorento is expected to arrive primarily with a strong hybrid setup. Nevertheless, it should be kept in mind that a conventional petrol model could also be introduced, a diesel version appears less likely. The most likely features include dual digital screens, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, premium upholstery, multi-zone climate control, a Bose audio system, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS.
