Most cricketers wear their number on the back of a shirt. Hardik Pandya has put his on a line of sneakers.

Working with SG, the Indian cricket equipment maker, he has built a collection called HP33 around his jersey number. The tie-up is a natural one. Pandya has represented SG as an ambassador for some time, and his deal included a signature series of products.

“Hardik and SG have a relationship dating back to a decade on the field, and we’ve learned a lot about how he plays, what he needs from his gear and what he stands for. Moving into footwear and apparel was the natural next step, and we were ready for it. BORN TO BE ३३ is what happens when a brand with a legacy since 1931 and an athlete with a clear point of view work as true partners. Hardik brought real ideas and a sharp eye to every category, and our teams matched that with craftsmanship and technology. This is the start of a much bigger journey together,” Paras Anand, CEO, Sanspareils Greenlands (SG) said.

The Shoes

The highlight of the launch is the limited-edition Hardik Pandya Signature Collectable, comprising two shoe models, HP33 PRIVEE and HP33 CITY. Only 333 numbered pairs are being released globally, making the footwear the collection's most exclusive offering.

Priced at ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 respectively, the shoes feature Vibram Megagrip lug outsoles from Italian sole specialist Vibram. The outsoles are designed to provide grip, durability and support across multiple terrains.

What Else Is Included In The Collection?

Beyond the collectible footwear, BORN TO BE 33 includes a broader selection of shoes and apparel intended to appeal to fans looking for everyday essentials as well as premium pieces. The collection's pricing ranges from under ₹1,000 to ₹12,000 for these offerings, while the limited-edition signature shoes sit at a higher price point.

Pandya was involved in shaping the products rather than simply lending his name to the collaboration. The brief, as outlined in the announcement, was to create products made in India that reflect his personal preferences while delivering on performance and design.

How to Buy

The first drop is now open for pre-booking through the official SG website and the District app. Given the limited worldwide release of 333 signature shoe pairs, the brand has advised interested buyers to pre-book early.
