Season 2 picks up with Ji-an now running Murthehelp, the online marketplace that secretly supplies weapons to killers, after her uncle Jin-man faked his death to protect her at the end of season 1. The two reunite and go on the offensive against the mercenary group Babylon, which has begun recruiting new assassins from overseas to strike back. Along the way, Ji-an settles into a new identity on a quiet island, only for her fragile peace to unravel when neighbour Woo-jin turns out to be hiding a box of guns and a phone linked to Murthehelp. The episode ends with news that Babylon has placed a bounty on Ji-an, setting up the danger episodes 3 and 4 are expected to explore.
Lee Dong-wook returns as Jeong Jin-man and Kim Hye-jun as Jeong Ji-an, reprising the roles that made season 1 one of Disney+'s biggest Asia Pacific hits. The show is created, co-written and co-directed by Lee Kwon, with Ji Ho-jin also co-writing. Season 2 brings in Japanese actor Masaki Okada as a new addition to the cast, alongside Hyunri, who returns as team leader Q.
