October has barely begun, and your OTT watchlist is already throwing a tantrum. Spies, rival dating-app founders, a sports brawl and a forest, Tamil OTT has decided this week is no time for subtlety. Some titles are already live, one is still a few days away, and a couple slipped in late September but deserve a spot on the list anyway. So grab the remote, quietly cancel a few plans, and let us sort what's worth your evening from what can wait. Here's the full lineup you can watch on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and SonyLIV including Mandaadi, Sardar 2, #Love, Photographer, and Habeebi.
Mandaadi (Netflix): October 9
Soori leads this sports action drama where a sporting contest collides with a clash between rival groups. Suhas makes his Tamil debut; Mahima Nambiar and Sathyaraj join; Mathimaran Pugazhendhi directs.
Sardar 2 (Amazon Prime Video): October 1
Karthi returns in dual roles; Inspector Vijay takes on the dangerous Black Dagger while the legendary spy Sardar's past unfolds through parallel timelines. P. S. Mithran directs this spy-action sequel.
#Love (Netflix): October 2
Aishwarya Lekshmi and Arjun Das play rival dating-app founders Tara and Matthew, who put their clashing love theories to the test in a 60-day challenge. A classic rom-com angle with a dating-app touch.
Photographer (Amazon Prime Video): September 25
Ashraf directs and stars as Veera, a scarred photographer chasing a rare natural phenomenon in the Mathikettan Solai forest, where the hunt turns into survival. Atmospheric visuals carry it; the middle drags.
Habeebi (SonyLIV): September 25
Set in 1980s southern Tamil Nadu, Meera Kathiravan's gentle romance follows Abuthahir, who loves his cousin despite family opposition. Letters, audio cassettes, and a fading handloom tradition add texture.
Whether you want spies, swipes, survival or sweet old-school romance, this Tamil lineup has something for every mood.
