Suriya's much-anticipated Tamil-Telugu family entertainer, Vishwanath & Sons, released in theatres worldwide on August 14, 2026, timed to coincide with the Independence Day weekend. Written and directed by Venky Atluri, the film marked his first collaboration with Suriya after the director's back-to-back successes with Vaathi and Lucky Baskhar. The story follows Sanjay Vishwanath, an international shooter who has spent much of his life chasing professional excellence, only to have age, family responsibilities, and an unexpected romance push him to reconsider what truly matters.
