Shah Rukh Khan is bringing together some of India's biggest musical names for UNIFYD, a new music and cultural festival set to make its debut in Abu Dhabi in 2027. Curated by the Bollywood superstar, the event aims to unite artists from different generations and genres, giving Indian music a platform on the international live entertainment circuit. With Arijit Singh, Sonu Nigam and Karan Aujla among the performers, the festival is already shaping up to be a major date on next year's concert calendar.
The festival is being produced by D'YAVOL Live and District, with support from Abu Dhabi's cultural and destination partners. While the first edition will take place in the UAE, the organisers have indicated ambitions to expand the festival to other international cities in the future.
The inaugural edition of UNIFYD is scheduled for March 20, 2027, at Etihad Live on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The one-day event is expected to feature more than 15 artists performing across multiple stages, bringing together different sounds from India's contemporary music scene and its rich playback-singing tradition.
The festival's lineup brings together established Bollywood voices, contemporary Punjabi music and electronic acts. The confirmed performers include:
Arijit Singh: One of Hindi cinema's most recognisable playback singers, known for his emotive vocals and chart-topping songs.
Sonu Nigam: A celebrated singer whose career spans decades of Hindi film music.
Karan Aujla: The Punjabi singer and rapper bringing contemporary Punjabi music to the festival.
JONITA and Shalmali Kholgade: Singers representing contemporary Indian pop and playback music.
Patiala Mehfil and Simran Choudhary: Additional performers joining the festival's Indian music lineup.
Nooriyah, Curtain Blue, Tech Panda x Kenzani, Rusha & Blizza, Stick No Bills, BOH!B, Priyanka and Unnayanaa: Artists and acts adding further musical variety to the event.
Tickets are being sold exclusively through the District app. Emirates NBD cardholders have access to an early booking window, which runs from October 19 at 11 am IST until October 20 at 11 am IST. General ticket sales open on October 20, 2026, at 12 pm IST. Fans can download the app and follow the official UNIFYD Festival account for booking updates.
Tickets for UNIFYD Music Festival in Abu Dhabi start at AED 295 for General Access, going up to AED 725 and AED 3,295 for premium categories.
